Awards

We have been recognised both in Jersey and on the international stage for our commitment, success and innovation in the fields of health care, training and staff development.

We continuously aim to improve our levels of service and provide the best care possible to our patients, regardless of their needs.

Internal Awards and Recognition

FNHC recognises and rewards its employees who have made substantial contributions to the quality of care provided to clients or have delivered exceptional levels of work performance towards meeting the Association’s objectives and vision.  An individual from each identified area: Child & Family, District Nursing, Home Care Support and Corporate Services/Governance & Performance, is chosen to receive an award each quarter.

William Glasson Award

This award was set up in memory of William Glasson, a young man who kindly assisted Family Nursing & Home Care in the administration area.  His parents offer an annual prize, which is awarded to any member of FNHC staff who is recognised by their fellow workers for having shown one of the following:

Outstanding acievement; Exceptional progress in Education & Development; Improved performance in their area of work; Made a valuable contribution to the Association
