We are currently awaiting a new CEO.  Judy Foglia and Adrian Blampied are currently acting CEOs.

Tia Hall, Operational Lead, Adult Nursing Service

RGN, RSCN, BA (Hons) Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visiting)

Tia was born in Jersey and trained as a Registered Nurse at Whittington Hospital in London, qualifying in 1995. She worked primarily in Accident and Emergency before undertaking her Registered Sick Children’s training and moving to the Royal Free Hospital to lead Paediatric Accident and Emergency Services.

Tia commenced her training to become a Health Visitor in 1999 in Bedfordshire and took on the role of a community practice mentor for Health Visitor students . Tia became a Team Leader for Health Visitors and School Nurses, eventually becoming the locality manager for 0-19 teams in Central Bedfordshire in 2007. Tia undertook a period of secondment to the East of England SHA to lead on the re-energising the Health Visitor workforce for the East of England and led the delivery of the Health Visitor implementation plan in Bedfordshire.

Tia returned to Jersey in January 2012 taking up a post of Project Manager for Les Amis. She then worked as a Health Visitor for FNHC for a year before taking on her current role of Operational Lead, Adult Nursing.

Tia is committed to the provision of high quality care for patients in the community and welcomes the opportunities that the white paper offers to increase the range of services delivered in the patient’s home, whilst working in partnership with patients and their families.

Judy Foglia, Governance and Quality Lead

An innovative and enthusiastic healthcare professional Judy has more than 26 years NHS experience and has a passion for nursing, quality healthcare provision and patient safety.

Judy qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1993 and worked within the acute hospital setting in clinical, managerial and leadership roles with a strong emphasis on quality and governance. With an enthusiasm for excellence and quality improvement this led her to join a Clinical Commissioning Group as Head of Quality in 2013 where she gained significant experience in the organisations processes for commissioning and delivery of health care services.

Judy Joined the Family Nursing & Home Care Team in June 2015 and is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. She will continue to improve the quality of life for clients by placing their wellbeing at the heart of all FHHC do and ensure that the care they receive is safe, caring, well led and responsive.

Michelle Cumming, Operational Lead, Child and Family Services

Registered Nurse, Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, Registered Health Visitor, Registered Nurse Prescriber

Michelle trained as a Registered Nurse at Birmingham's Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) and qualified in 1989. Following qualification, Michelle worked on the Head and Neck Unit at QEH and undertook a diploma in Head and Neck Nursing and worked as a nurse specialist which involved working with adults and children. This specialty brought her to Jersey General Hospital (JGH) where she continued to work in ENT, alongside General Surgical and Orthopaedic patients. Before moving into the community in 2005 she spent six years caring for gynaecological patients on JGH's dedicated unit.

Michelle completed her degree as a Health Visitor at Aberdeen's, Robert Gordon University and started working for FNHC in 2005 as a Health Visitor, before taking the role of Operational Lead for Health Visitors, School Nurses, Community Nursery Nurses and the Community Children's Nurse Team in 2012. This hugely interesting, stimulating and rewarding role offers many opportunities to positively effect the health and well-being of children, young people and families in Jersey.

Michelle is committed to family health and well-being improvement through provision of supportive services, delivered by Child and Family practitioners and in partnership with children, young people and their families.

Ivo Le Maistre Smith, Fundraising Manager

BA (Hons) Business Studies with French

Ivo was educated at Leeds Business School in the early 1990’s before establishing a career in fundraising for good causes.  Working for a variety of charities over the last 20 years, including wildlife and conservation causes, Ivo has delivered profitable fundraising returns from almost every form of fundraising activity, from street collections to large grant fundraising.

Whether leading major capital campaigns to buy nature reserves or finding innovative fundraising events to help charities stand out from the crowd, Ivo is passionate about helping charities to make a difference to the beneficiaries they serve. At FNHC, Ivo is responsible for the charity’s Business Development activities of Fundraising, Marketing and PR. 

Adrian Blampied Image
Adrian Blampied, Finance Director

FCCA

Adrian is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He started his career with a local accountancy practice where he qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1998 before moving to a locally head officed multi-national financial services group, providing support to the Group Finance Director and management board in terms of financial reporting, management information reporting, partnership accounting and systems implementation. In 2005 Adrian went back in to practice for 4 years gaining experience in matrimonial support, corporate transactions and business valuations before returning to the financial services group to assist with the sale of their various business arms.

Adrian joined Family Nursing & Home Care in 2012 and is responsible for the strategic and operational financial areas of the organisation as well as non-financial aspects such as premises, human resources, information technology, marketing and administrative support.

Clare Stewart

Clare Stewart RGN Dip He Nursing, BSc (hons) Professional practice, NMP V300 (Non medical Prescriber) PG Cert Long Term Condition Management, Due to complete MSc Advanced Healthcare Practice March 2016

Clare trained as an RGN in Fazakerley Hospital qualifying in 1997. Her career started in acute respiratory medicine both in a clinical and leadership role. Following this Clare moved into acute community nursing with a particular interest in admission prevention and advanced nursing practice. Clare qualified as an advanced nurse practitioner in 2007 and went on to lead and develop acute community services with a keen interest in developing advanced practitioners within the community.

Clare moved to Jersey and joined FNHC in 2013 and is committed to developing advanced nurse practice across the island and bringing care closer to home in a safe and robust clinical governance framework.
