Natasha Le Dain-Cyples has grown up between Jersey, where she spent her formative years and now
resides, and Canada. She has settled into Trinity and lives with her husband, young daughter and
Dutch, the family dog.
Natasha is an HR professional (Assoc CIPD), a qualified Director (Dip IoD), she has a law degree (LLB),
and is also qualified in the field of Governance, Risk and Compliance (Dip ICA); together, these skills
and her experience make her a valued part of the FNHC Committee.
Natasha is the founder of HR Jersey Limited, an HR company that acts as a strategic partner to local
businesses in all things HR. She provides support, communication, and structural changes to help
businesses navigate the employee life cycle and all that impact their people. Natasha guides
businesses on how to recruit and develop talent, invest in company culture, and ensure employee
satisfaction as she understands that HR leaders of today have a massive impact on a company and its
people, and its reputation as an employer of choice.
Natasha joined the committee to give something back to the charity which supported following the
birth of her daughter and continues to support her family as it grows. The professionalism, skills and
dedication of all of the people who are part of the FNHC teams make it a place that you feel
supported and cared for throughout life and I am proud to be a part of it.
