Each individual within our professional nursing team contribute to setting standards and maintaining high quality care in the clinical area. The successful applicant will participate in clinical audit and will enhance nursing care by acting as a role model in terms of own care delivery. You will be able to demonstrate proficiency in performing investigations, treatment and health needs assessment for patients within your caseload in accordance with defined standards and maintain accurate and timely patient held records, producing high quality patient information. Applicants will have excellent communication and assessment skills. You must be able to work without direct supervision following a supported induction period and be adaptable, flexible and willing to work within a changing health care environment. Previous community nursing experience is not essential.
You will maintain a professional portfolio which demonstrates the continuing acquisition of skills, knowledge, attitudes, understanding and achievement.
