Draw Club
Why support the Draw Club
Our charity work is heavily dependent on islanders’ donations and your support helps us to continue providing the best possible care. The Draw Club is an accessible way for islanders to support our charity. We provide expert prenatal and parental care and support children, young people, families and the members of our community who need healthcare or support in their homes.

- When purchasing a ticket, players acknowledge that FNHC reserves the right to undertake any age verification checks it deems necessary including the use of third party where appropriate.

- Paper form (either through downloading from website or request from FNHC) will require the individual to be age verified in person. If the individual appears under the age of 25, they must prove their age with a valid passport or driving licence.
- Tickets cost £2.50 per month (£30 per year). Each ticket number is entered into the monthly draw only if full payment has been received before the draw date. Only tickets for which payment has been received in full by the time of the monthly draw will be eligible to win prizes.
- Direct debit payers: If a direct debit payment is not received for full ticket price on or before the agreed date, the ticket holder will be notified by phone (or email or post if not contactable by phone) that payment has not been received and therefore their ticket will not be entered into any of the monthly draws.
- The ticket holder is responsible for providing FNHC with accurate and up to date contact details, including their name and address and the ticket holder shall inform FNHC of any changes to these details.
- The monthly draw will take place at Family Nursing & Home Care, Le Bas Centre, St Saviour’s Road, St Helier, JE2 4RP on the last Friday of each month. In such cases, the draw will be held on the next available working day.
- Any individual may hold more than one Draw Club ticket but a maximum of 10.
- Prize winners will be notified by phone. To verify their identity, winners will be asked to confirm their address and phone number. Players who pay by Direct Debit will automatically have their prize transferred into the same bank account used to purchase their ticket. Those who do not pay by Direct Debit will be asked to confirm their bank details, and the name on the account must match the name of the ticket holder. All prizes will be paid via BACS within 10 working days.
- If a prize winner cannot be reached by phone, they will be contacted by email or post to inform them of their win and invite them to call us to claim their prize.
- Prizes must be claimed within 6 months of the relevant draw and any prize money not claimed becomes the property of FNHC.
- Results of each draw are published on the FNHC website at www.fnhc.org.je and social media.
- FNHC will use the player’s personal data for the purposes of administering their participation in the monthly draw and communicating with them about their purchase. The details of each winner must also be shared with JGC for regulatory purposes. JGC may contact our winners to confirm that this data is accurate.
- If a charity becomes insolvent, ticket buyers will be reimbursed £2.50 for each month of the year that the lottery will not be taking place. The charity will ensure that sufficient funds are available to reimburse ticket holders as required.
- Any changes to the rules of the lottery will be shared with ticket buyers.
- FNHC staff are able to purchase tickets with the exception of the Promotor.
