Official presentation of BFI Award to FNHC

Earlier this year, Family Nursing & Home Care (FNHC) was honoured to receive the prestigious Baby Friendly Award from the UNICEF UK Baby Friendly Initiative (BFI). This award recognises FNHC’s outstanding commitment to supporting infant feeding and strengthening parent-infant relationships. To mark the beginning of World Breastfeeding Week, the official presentation of the BFI Award and commemorative plaque recently took place. The award was formally presented to FNHC by Deputy Barbara Ward, Assistant Minister for Health and Care Jersey. Also in attendance was Deputy Raluca Kovacs, who played a key role as a member of the BFI working group. This achievement highlights FNHC’s dedication to delivering high-quality care and support to families in Jersey and reaffirms its commitment to best practices in infant health and wellbeing.
