Highlights: Community Health Have Your Say – May 2023

Thank you to everyone who joined us at last month’s Community Health – Have Your Say event on Thursday 18th May 2023. 

This event is part of a regular series and the purpose of these events is to facilitate discussions in relation to the future of community care in Jersey, focussing on the services provided by FNHC.

The event included an overview of frailty and falls and its impact on our long term health by our Frailty and Falls Project Lead Ann Morgan. We then discussed proper care and reablement with Nicole Cameron. After the presentations we opened the floor for general discussion and questions from those in attendance and it was great to hear from the Jersey community.

We hope to see you at our next Community Health – Have Your Say event which will be Thursday 28 September. At this event we will be focussing on long term lung disease. We hope you can join us.
