Rosemarie Finley Chief Executive Officer

Rosemarie completed her BA (Hons) Nursing Studies in Sheffield and began her career with a variety of nursing roles in Cambridge and London hospitals. She then went on to complete her post graduate diploma in Health Visiting at South Bank University, and worked in London as a Health Visitor with a specialist role for homeless families and domestic abuse. Going on to complete her Masters in Health Management at City University, London. 

Rosemarie now has more than thirty years of experience in the healthcare sector –she has held a number of senior leadership positions within NHS acute and community health trusts, the charitable sector and within healthcare publishing, including Chief Executive Officer at St Barnabas House Hospice, Chestnut Tree House Hospice, Epilepsy Society and Myeloma UK.

Prior to working in the charitable healthcare sector Rosemarie worked in the NHS as Associate Director of Education, Research and Development, Associate Chief Nurse, Associate Director of Operations and prior to this Publishing Director for Emap Healthcare. 

Rosemarie is loving life in Jersey and joins members of her family living here. Rosemarie is passionate about providing high-quality community health care and is keen to work in partnership across Jersey to support the rollout of innovative community health services ensuring that islanders experience the best health care that it is possible to have.
