About Baby Steps

Baby Steps is a free, fun, informative and structured antenatal and early postnatal programme for expectant families.

The programme is provided by Family Nursing and Home Care and delivered by experienced Health Visitors, Midwives and skilled facilitators.

Mums and their partners are invited to join groups at around 27-31 weeks of their pregnancy and the course will then run for six consecutive antenatal sessions. We will then re-join for a further three postnatal sessions once all the babies have been born within the group. The sessions run at various venues across the island and often take place at 6-8pm in the evening. Tea, Coffee and biscuits are provided.
